We are so excited to be able to hold our March event at the first of its’ kind in the Hampton Inn portfolio. The Hampton Inn and Suites Milwaukee West is hosting our March event by the State Fair Park. With that comes of course an exciting event. We will start the day with the very popular MPI 101 and CMP 101, followed by Cortney Idhe on 6 Keys to Effective Team Building. The session will walk us through the tightrope between providing high quality outcomes and having a good time with our clients. In her exciting presentation, she will walk through the steps of building or growing a business and how to achieve yours and your client’s goals. Hear from Cortney who has worked in the automotive, retail, IT, professional services and consulting industries and how she applies her knowledge to analyze gaps and challenges to growing a business. We can do this all while we strive to help our clients and ourselves achieve life goals.

After the conclusion of the education be ready for a good old fashion fair! The hotel has some surprises for us all as we go back to our childhood days and play some carnival games. There will be pie in the face, ring toss, pop the balloons and many more to entertain you with and earn tickets for door prizes. We will also have a silent auction as this is our March fundraiser of course and food to satisfy the pickiest eaters and a DJ to help keep the party going. See you at the Fair!

Don’t forget to visit one of our complimentary 101 sessions at 12:45:

6 Keys to Effective Team Building - TeamRICH Workshop

What’s the culture like in your business?  Every business has its own culture. What’s yours like?

You can tell the culture of a business the moment you walk in. You can immediately sense if it is a happy, go-ahead place or one with seriously negative undercurrents.

Is your businesses culture to your liking? Has your team ‘hijacked’ the culture without you having a say in the matter?

Our TeamRICH workshop will show you how to harness the extraordinary power of your culture so it works for you, not against you. It will also show you how to get the environment right so that you can begin systemizing your workplace. This will allow things to run like clockwork day in and day out.

You’ll then have systems that run the business while your team runs the systems. A workshop to suit your needs ...

The ActionCOACH TeamRICH workshop is the most exciting training program you will ever run in your business. It is designed to precisely suit your needs. Whether you select the 1-day or full weekend workshop, your staff walking through the door at the beginning of the workshop will charge out at the end as a highly-motivated and finely-focused team.

You’ll be astounded by the transformation.

This workshop isn’t for everyone. Only those who are truly ready to have their team take the lead should even consider it. But if you are, you’ll be amazed at the increase in productivity. Time management will be taken to new levels. Absenteeism will be at an all-time low. And both your team – as well as your customers – will look forward to spending time in your business.

During this session we will Define TEAM and what it means relative to leadership and results by:
  • reviewing the 6 Keys to An Effective Team and how they apply to your organization
  • identifying action steps you can take to create a better team for your company
  • and finally doing a couple of activities to help us learn a bit more about each other
