Bring your challenge and allow your peers to focus solely on providing you with solutions. Once you share your topic with the table, you will allow a peer to take ownership and document the collective solution sharing just for you. Experience the power of having several people focusing solely on providing you solutions for several minutes. Learn from the challenges and solutions of others. Come join us for a Solution Circle experiential learning solution collective. Walk away knowing your challenge is now in solution mode.

Attendees of this session will:
  1. Learn a program that you can offer at your next conference.
  2. Learn how to execute an experiential program that harnesses the collective knowledge of a group of people.



Speaker Bio:

Tara Liaschenko, CMM
With over 15 years of planning experience, Tara Liaschenko is an award-winning professional who has earned an impeccable reputation for creativity and excellence in the event and meeting planning industry.   Ms. Liaschenko is the Founder and Creative Executive Officer of The Link Event Professionals, Inc., a global company based in Tampa, Florida dedicated to delivering all planning services relative to meetings and events.

She has successfully executed thousands of events during her career ranging from those modest in size to large comprehensive gatherings.  Regardless of the function type, her organization excels at engaging audiences, increasing participation, building your brand, and accelerating desired outcomes.    With strong community commitment, long-standing relationships with ethical and reliable vendors, and adept knowledge of production, Ms. Liaschenko is at the forefront of her industry consistently delivering her clients successful meetings and events.

An accomplished speaker, Ms. Liaschenko also facilitates board, staff, and client retreats, and in recent years, her company has expanded to facilitating strategic planning and leading business development planning for corporate and nonprofit clients.   An active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), she is a Past President of the Tampa Bay Area Chapter Board of Directors.  Expanding her commitment to MPI, she has served on the International Community Membership Advisory Council, International Chapter Advisory Council, RISE Awards Judging Panel, Chair of the International Chapter Advisory Council and the current Chair of the Chapter & Membership Advisory Council.Council and the current Chair of the Chapter & Membership

MPI 101
 
What opportunities are you looking to create with MPI this year? Attend our MPI 101 before Jeannie's session and learn about the various opportunities to make the most out of your membership. Learn about what benefits are available to you, how you can volunteer and get involved, and have the chance to meet other members. 
 

CMP 101
 
MPI-Wisconsin is proud to offer CMP 101, which is a one-hour study session for those interested in taking the CMP exam. From January through May, facilitators will cover two domain topics per month. The sessions will include study tips, sample questions and focused topic presentations. This month’s topics will be Strategic Planning and Human Resources
 

Community Outreach -   GloBall Giving
 
GloBall Giving is a suburban Milwaukee-based charity that collects and distributes new and gently used sporting equipment from retailers and the garages, storage sheds, basements and attics of families like yours.  

Mission:  Provide healthy lifestyle options to underprivileged children by supplying new and gently used sporting goods.
Vision: To become the largest up cycler of sporting goods to underprivileged children in the world.
 
To date, Globall Giving has shipped over 7 tons of goods to 19 countries and 11 major metropolitan areas.  Currently, our shipments consist of 50% international and 50% domestic.  Our goal for 2016 is to have positively effected 100,000 kids.

Please bring your new or gently used shoes, sporting equipment and uniforms to our January program.  These items will be earmarked to stay in the Milwaukee area.
